AGM share consolidation resolution withdrawal

Following new guidance from its corporate advisors, the Board has decided to withdraw Resolution 6 (proposed 10 for 1 share consolidation) referred to in the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“Meeting”) released to the ASX on Friday, 24 October 2025.

The withdrawal of Resolution 6 will not affect the validity of the proxy form provided in connection with the AGM, nor any proxy already submitted in respect of the remaining items of business.
