NLSC investment balance repaid

AdAlta has repaid remaining balance of NLSC investment in cash; no further shares to be issued under Investment Agreement

• AdAlta entered an Investment Agreement with New Life Sciences Capital (“NLSC”) in April 2024, providing important liquidity and working capital for the Company

• NLSC invested approximately $1.38 million in return for the right to be issued approximately $1.5 million in AdAlta shares

• AdAlta has exercised its right to repay the final Settlement Notice in cash; no further shares are now required to be issued under the NLSC Investment Agreement
