Results of Meeting

AdAlta's EGM was held today to obtain shareholder approval to complete our recently announced $1.65m capital raising that enables us to finalise the current AD-214 clinical trial and progress a robust partnering pipeline to non-dilutively fund Phase II clinical trials.

All resolutions were passed with greater than 93% approval. More than 54.8% of the issued shares were voted.
